Tyson N. Raymond

Tyson is a Senior Associate at Gallian, Welker, and Beckstrom and is fluent in Spanish. He has significant experience in litigation matters, having first?chaired numerous court and jury trials. Prior to coming to Gallian, Welker, and Beckstrom, he worked for Judge N. Randy Smith of the Ninth Circuit, District Judge Gregory Moeller (who is now on the Idaho Supreme Court), a prosecutor?s office, and a prestigious firm in Southeast Idaho, where he participated in two Idaho Supreme Court cases. He further has assisted numerous Nevada firms in appeals before the Nevada Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Tyson brings his work ethic from being raised on a farm to his client?s cases.

In his spare time, Tyson enjoys Southern Utah's all year-round outdoor activities with his family and friends.
