Nevada and Arizona, seeks an associate to work in our St. George office. The ideal candidate is
licensed in Utah and Nevada. First-year associate applicants will be considered. Duties include civil
litigation, handle discovery, legal research conducting depositions, court appearances, and
management of cases. Caseload involves general civil matters, including business, domestic,
litigation, personal injury, and real estate. Exceptional writing skills are required. Strong academic
